Create some field and shop to get money, and conquer other clan. In a battle between your force and the opposing force, you need to create some tactics for your unit. Let say your enemy has a lot of infantry but no archer. Even if you have weaker force, you can command your archer to focus on the infantry, and use some infantry to defend your archer.
